Things are hopping at the homestead! Our first set of baby Hollands arrived May 13th and they are now ready to hop to their new homes..We had two litters for a total of nine kits… Carmel and Bear gave us four beautiful kits one Buck and three Does. Sunshine and Bear gave us four Bucks and one Doe …All Does and one Buck have found new homes
Layla and Yoda our Flemish Giants gave us a beautiful litter of six pedigreed kits. Three blue and three black lively little bucks and does on June 5.
We also welcomed our last litter of Netherland Dwarfs to Midnight and Marty.. Five beautiful black kits on June 6. It is with much regret that we will no longer be breeding Netherlands. They have been so much fun to raise and very rewarding to produce such beautiful buns, but our intentions to enter the show ring has gone to the wayside.
Last but not least our favorite Flemish Tilly had her litter on June 25…Four beautiful kits…sex to be determined soon!
We will be planning two litters in the late fall with our Hollands and one with our Flemish.
We recently welcomed two new Flemish into our rabbitry. Our Buck Remington and our Doe Steele…Looking forward to seeing what beautiful kits they produce.
